Hi residents of Surrey estate just some friendly advice... could residents please keep their black dirt bags within your property ....that way the streets will be clean from all rubbish lying around and it will also prevent dogs or characters scatching in the bags...i.mean really people its really an eyesore coming into the area and witnessing the streets full of rubbish allover the place....I mean there no squatters staying here and we not staying in the township.....I'm sure there are some residents who would agree with me to keep the streets of Surrey estate clean
