Resident in Flamingo Vlei reports a loud humming noise, similar to a vacuum or pump, heard around 2am. Reports indicate it has been occurring intermittently day and night for weeks. Another resident confirms hearing it regularly during the day and notes it can be extremely loud, speculating it may originate from the nearby sewage plant. A third resident checked flight tracking apps and found no planes near enough to explain the sound. A new report confirms the noise has started again in the Table View area.
