Morning traffic trying to get onto the highway from monte vista boulevard is obsurd. Please go to: https://eservices1.capetown.gov.za/coct/wapl/zsreq_app/index.html# And log a complaint about the timing of the traffic lights from monte vista boulevard toward the highway in the morning. The more people that complain the more pressure to act and do something about it. You stand at the Monte Vista/Wingfield traffic light for 20-30 minutes while cars on the left skip past you and cut it. It doesn’t have to be like that.
