🚨 INCIDENT UPDATE – GIEL BASSON DRIVE 🚨 A shooting incident was reported earlier on Giel Basson Drive. According to information received, one shot was fired at Eskom Security personnel. Members of Bothasig SAPS, Law Enforcement, Armed Response Companies, and Community Safety Structures responded swiftly - two suspects allegedly involved in the attempted theft of Eskom cable were arrested. The arrested suspects were taken by Parow SAPS as that area is part of Parow's precinct. ✅ The situation is under control - roads are open, and traffic is flowing normally. We commend Bothasig SAPS and all involved for their rapid response, and remind residents to report any suspicious activity immediately. #CommunitySafety #SaferTogether
