Gratitude: Outage Update - 07 September 2026 19h05 Forsburg Substation (Orlando Feeder) We have experienced a trip on the Orlando Feeder at Forsburg Substation, resulting in a loss of supply. The outage is affecting customers supplied by Lenasia SDC, Hursthill SDC, and Reuven SDC, with the following substations affected: Soweto Substation, Eldorado Park Substation, Industria Substation, Nancefield, Nirvana, and Eikenhof Substation. Areas affected include: Pimville Zone 9, Klipspruit, Extension 11, Joscho Flats, Pimville Golf Course, Slovo Park, Eldorado Park, Bushkoppies, Freedom Park, Naturena, Eikenhof and surrounding areas. Operators have been dispatched to investigate the cause of the outage. We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as information becomes available. For isolated, individual electricity-related faults, customers are advised to log calls on *citypower.mobi* or call *011 490 7484 / 0800 202 925* for assistance. ^NH
