Municipal disconnection notices follow formal, written procedures. โข Do ๐ก๐ข๐ง allow unknown individuals claiming to be from the Municipality onto your property. Even if they present identification, be cautious โ fake IDs can be used. โข Block and report suspicious numbers immediately on WhatsApp. โข If anyone arrives and insists on access, call your private security provider or SAPS immediately. ๐ In case of an incident or if you feel threatened, please report it immediately to SAPS 10111 or via the ECPF Emergency channel or your Security Company. Letโs stay alert and keep our neighbourhoods safe.
