Water running low

Fort Substation remains isolated after smoke was reported, disrupting electricity in parts of Braamfontein, Johannesburg CBD, Berea and Hillbrow; City Power has no restoration estimate. In Hillbrow, building management says water levels are running low because the building is relying on storage tanks; water is available at the braai area.
