Power remains off across the reported affected areas, including Highlands North and Highlands North Ext., where operators are investigating the cause. Livingstone Street in Fairmount is also still without power. Repairs serving 5th to 8th avenues in Highlands North are reportedly complete, with only restoration remaining; 8th Avenue is now reported back on. City Power estimates full restoration for the wider outage by 15:00 today; supply in Wynberg and Bramley Park is 40% restored pending fault location at Gresswold Substation. City Power says operators are on site investigating an outage affecting Bramley, Savoy, Sunningdale, Sandringham, Birnam and Atholl.
