The IEC publishes no DC 40% ballot result for a district council itself; these are the party vote totals from the IEC's seat calculation for the district. Percentages are calculated from them.
24 of the council's 59 seats are directly elected on the DC 40% ballot; the other 35 are appointed by the local councils in the district.
