Our municipality you really are failing when coming to services. I had logged a call this morning that we are out of water since last night 1815. Spoken to the call centre assistant. When I make a follow up I am told they will come and attend the matter tomorrow. Having this is mot on even the call centre can't report our frustration of not having water. Only they say say it's "I understand". No report as to what is going on for us to be short of water NOTHING "ZILCH". HAAI WE ARE BEING FAILED STRAIGHT YET WE PAY EVERY MONTH FOR THE SERVICES. I AM VERY MUCH ANNOYED

Youthful Snipe: I just called city of tshwane and they the electricity people dor our area told them we have electricity. Its clear we have useless counsellours ans mayors here at east. I recommend everyone calling and bombarding the city of tshwane electricity department -(012) 358-9999. Emphasis that it leaves everyday around 6pm and comes back the following day later on!!! Please don’t be relaxed and expect help. We need to start fighting back !
