PT ALARMS FIRE & SECURITY 05 AUGUST 2026 HOSTAGE HIJACKING | VEHICLE & VICTIM RECOVERED ISIPINGO | UMLAZI F SECTION PT Alarms Ground teams were alerted of a hijacking that had occurred in Isipingo vicinity in which the driver was taken hostage by armed suspects. The tracking unit was activated by Tracker Connect and the vehicle was updating moving in Umlazi F Section towards a known hotspot. PT Alarms Tango 1 rapidly responded to the location and within a few minutes the vehicle and the victim was recovered. The victim is extremely shaken up and awaiting Umlazi SAPS for further processing. Units Involved: - PT Alarms Director (T1) - Tracker Connect Tracked. Traced. Reunited.
