Municipal disconnection notices follow formal, written procedures. โข Do ๐ก๐ข๐ง allow unknown individuals claiming to be from the Municipality onto your property. Even if they present identification, be cautious โ fake IDs can be used. โข Block and report suspicious numbers immediately on WhatsApp. โข If anyone arrives and insists on access, call your private security provider or SAPS immediately. ๐ In case of an incident or if you feel threatened, please report it immediately to SAPS 10111 or via the ECPF Emergency channel or your Security Company.
