Johannesburg Water says Orange Farm High Level Reservoir is subject to scheduled throttling, reducing supply by 50%–100% or fully closing outlets. Throttling began at varying times on 3 November and is expected to end around 05:00 on 4 November 2026; timing may change with operational conditions.
