Hi there 👋 You could try switching off both your ONT/fibre box and router at the power for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, switch the ONT back on first, give it a few minutes, and then switch the router back on. Hopefully that sorts it out and everything is back to normal again. 🤞😋
