Lawley Ext 2 power, water & internet outage updates

Johannesburg Water reports that Lawley Reservoir is under overnight closure as part of the Deep South system update. Scheduled throttling in Lawley is also in effect from 29 October, with restrictions ending around 05:00 on 30 October, subject to operational conditions.
