I see them working in town, when the cables is been ripped out of the ground it's not only damage on that point but it is also been damage on other places. That took time searching and repair it. It's frustrating without internet but they work hard to search for the correct place. Just give them credit for it.

The worst thing is the potholes. When driving on this roads the road play hide and seek. The tar hide and if u are lucky finding it you stand a change to win big, drive on 3 meter tar. The best thing staying here you don't need any winter clothes.
