#JMPD TRU officers were conducting patrols along Pixley ka Seme and Lilian Ngoyi Streets in Johannesburg when they noticed a suspicious exchange between two males on the sidewalk. The officers observed the individuals from a distance & noticed several other males approaching them, raising further suspicion. The officers tactically approached the group, prompting the suspects to flee towards Lilian Ngoyi Street. A foot chase ensued, resulting in one male being apprehended. When searched, he was found in possession of suspected illegal substances (Mandrax & Nyaope) & R300 cash. The suspect was arrested for dealing in suspected illegal substances & was detained at Johannesburg Central SAPS. #BuyaMthethoManjeNamhlanje #SaferJoburg
