Power and electricity usually means the same thing here.i think you mean electricity and water out at the same time? It is unpredictable. It depends on where you are staying. In the Hillsview/Sunnyside area, we have one day on one day off for water,or it is on in the day and off at night. As far as electricity goes, that we can never tell. It feels as though ours goes off more than other places (eg, when there is a storm, wind or rain, or sometimes randomly). If you have a tank and no electricity, you can usually fetch water from the tank if it has a tap attached.
