There is a horrible smell of sewage going on again around the flats area of Fourie Street. Does anybody know where it’s from. I said before that I would call the health department and then the smell was gone for about a month. Now it’s back so I will be contacting the health department. We can’t even enjoy a meal with this horrible smell around
