What is the reason for Clanwilliam 's black water??? Terrible to do Washing, bath, general cleaning, Is there anybody who can explain the lack of managing this poor water and also electricity issues, weeks after heavy rain and flood.... Worst of all...who is really responsable in this bad issue, why must we pay for this water if it is not good for human use???
