Power out in Wembley drive its being off for about 3 hours already.I haven't seen a post as what the problem is .

We have a serious issue that has been happening for a while here in Colley Ave. I stay next to a complex here and the MAIN water meters ( for my house n for the complex are in the same place) then there are the subone's for each house in the complex. This person keeps stealing all these meter almost every week. They first switch the MAIN and then steals the sub one's. It's been happening for months now, they steel, we report , they got fixed and they come again. He targets the complex one's because they are many He just left nw unfortunately I am a wheelchair user I wanted to shout at him and the dogs are barking far up from number 40 I think up the pre school. Obviously we going to wake up without water Please advise 🙏
