⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE – BRAKPAN SWIMMING POOL AREA Dear Residents, Please avoid the Brakpan Swimming Pool area for the time being. A group is currently gathering in the area and alcohol is involved. EMPD is attempting to get additional backup to the scene. I would also kindly ask any local security companies that are able to assist to please monitor the area from a safe distance and support EMPD where appropriate, to help ensure that the situation does not escalate.
