This does prove as safety concerns. I got my meter changed but why are the technicians in teams of 3? How does it take 3 guys to change a meter? Many residents are stay at home mothers with children. If it was not for neighborhood watch and the presence of guests, i also would not allow them in. Also, you do not send communication stating which areas are scheduled with date ranges.
