Why are they acting as if the water issue in Thoyana resulted from.the power outages, this is a huge lie we have not had consistent water supply since November. We only rely on water tankers . I am worse coz I stay right behind the Reservoir and see officials coming in and out of there but we the community have no water . We keep having to buy water to drink
